sweEt unFancy
It’s time for another Garageband creation, and this one is a little different in a couple of ways.
One, compared to previous offerings, it’s decidedly mellow. Vibes. Mandolin. Piano. An E here. An F there. I call it “sweEt unFancy” (3:55, 5.4MB).
Two, I am deeming it the end of the first musical chapter of this little joy journey of mine. I put up my first crude mix of Apple loops last August, got a little USB keyboard for my birthday in September, and have put up a total of 16 MP3’s in the six months since then.
So I’m picking ten songs and calling it a CD … even though it ain’t for sale. The truth is, I have an album cover that’s just too good to pass up. And there are now ten songs that, at the very least, if someone had asked me a year ago if I’d thought I could do that, I would have said “no way.”
So go check out the downloads page and see the album cover that couldn’t be passed up (and, yes, that’s me in the picture).
