Sarge’s Random Musing – “...the news channels are showing maps that all show the same thing: Most of the Iraqi divisions are south of Baghdad looking to square off with our divisions a few miles away [...] The North is relatively undefended [...] All the embedded reporters are with units that have raced up the Tigris and Euphrates, focusing all the attention on those units. Those facts, coupled with a gut instinct, tell me that something’s going to happen that neither we nor the Iraqis expect and it’s going to be a whopper.”
