Believe It, Or Not
Believe It, Or Not – “Clonaid, the company that claims to have produced the first human clone, said Saturday a second cloned baby has been born to a Dutch lesbian couple [...] Clonaid spokeswoman Nadine Gary said in a telephone interview the child was born Friday night, but declined to say where. ’It’s true that a second baby has been born,’ she said. ’The parents have Dutch nationality, but they are not in Holland.’ [...] The second baby’s name and gender have not been revealed. In television interviews, Boisselier has said the parents of the second baby want to remain anonymous.”
In unrelated news, it was announced that a 44 year old photographer and web designer from Atlanta had broken the world record in the 100 yard dash for the second time in weeks, with a time of 7.9 seconds. The location at which the record was broken will not be revealed, nor were there any corroborating witnesses, nor will any documentation be provided. The new record holder wants to remain anonymous.
But it really happened. Twice. Trust me.

Re: the breaking of the world record for the hundred yard dash. I could believe it if any of the following were near the vicinity of the undisclosed location: - a big hairy spider - a swarm of killer bees - tickets to the Super Bowl - the Bellsouth DSL repair truck driving away after deciding that no sane person would live up at the top of all those stairs surrounded by barbed wire and heavy weaponry.
7.9 what a bunch of bull
