Instigations and Creations
Instigations and Creations – I’m not usually one to blow my own horn, so you may not be aware I do things outside this web site. Some are surprised to find out I built the community photolog, PixelPile.org. But I’m working on other web sites all the time. I just finished updating one client site, GarciaStudio.com, with an entirely new food portfolio, and now I’m helping MichaelWest.com become a new node on the web (though it’s an infant still experiencing intermittent DNS problems).
But I’d like to share with you the best creative idea I’ve had all year. Near the first of the year, I played a Photoshop tennis match with Melanie of brushstroke.tv. It was great fun, and afterwards I suggested that she challenge that newcomer over at TwistyPants.com to a match.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the best creative idea I’ve had all year, and I didn’t even have to do any of the work! (of course, I’m also having trouble figuring out who to invoice) Go witness this visual conversation and see for yourself.
Why are you still here? To paraphrase James Lileks, below here ”is the land of cranky trees who throw apples.” Give your eyeballs a feast first.

Photoshop tennis! I loved it. I wish I had half that talent! I think you won, though it was close...
